Our mission is to provide a stimulating and exciting learning environment that values and celebrates diversity, effort and achievement in all its forms, providing high quality experiences in all aspects of school life.
We offer our children a balanced and broad education, giving them an introduction to the essential knowledge that they need to be educated citizens. In addition to covering the core national curriculum, our teachers develop exciting lessons to bring real life to the classroom by exploring creative topics from Food Glorious Food and the Animal Kingdom, to Vile Victorians and Ancient Egypt.
Here you can find a collection of our latest news. We aim to keep all stakeholders as up-to-date as possible.

Year 5 had a fantastic time visiting Sandyford Fire Station this week to take part in a series of Safe and Sound workshops. They learnt a lot about fire hazards, road safety, what it means to be a good citizen, alcohol awareness and how to keep their money safe.
The children thoroughly enjoyed the experience and showed great enthusiasm. Well done Year 5, you have made us all proud. 🤩🤩

Our Reception children were absolutely delighted to welcome the Zoo2U animals into their classroom as part of their learning about their favourite things. The children were very excited to meet a snake, tenrec, tortoise, skunk and an owl. 🦉🦉🦉🦨🐢
The children listened to the keepers talk about the animals, asked questions and got to hold and touch the animals. What a wonderful experience! Thank you so much Zoo2U! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Everyone enjoyed a fun-filled farewell assembly with Reverend James from Saint Andrew's church yesterday where the children wore hats to show that we are all equally special.
It has been wonderful to work with James over the last eight years and he has become a treasured friend to our community. We wish him and his family all the very best for their move to Birmingham.
Good luck Rev James, we will miss #goodbyeandgoodluckd#thankyouforyoursupportpport ... See MoreSee Less

Year 1 had great fun in their English lesson when Mrs Parkinson dressed up as the main character from the story 'The Highway Rat'. The children watched Mrs Parkinson act out the story and then they acted out different parts of the book. The children had so much fun that we could here them giggling in the staff room!
Well done Year 1 and well done to Mrs Parkinson! 🤩🤩🤩 ... See MoreSee Less
